Attention all Rihanna fans and real estate enthusiasts! The Barbadian superstar has just added another luxurious property to her impressive collection. Rihanna recently became the proud owner of a stunning Malibu penthouse located on the 40th floor of The Century condominium building in Los Angeles. And if that name sounds familiar to you, it’s because The Century is one of the most exclusive and celebrity-approved buildings in the city – a paparazzi-proof fortress that’s designed for those who value their privacy.
This gorgeous penthouse was previously owned by Matthew Perry, who sold it in 2021 for a whopping $21.6 million.
However, the Fenty mastermind managed to get a deal on the property. According to the listing, she purchased the 9,290-square-foot condo for just $21 million. After all, you don’t become a billionaire without making a few smart business deals.
