There’s nothing like a little sibling rivalry to speed things up on the job site!

Heather and Nathan make up a brother-sister team on Hoarder House Flippers. They were both working demanding jobs before realizing they could make way more money and have way more fun flipping houses!

And their team goes well beyond siblings! Heather and Nathan draw on help from their mother for landscaping, their father for plumbing, and Heather’s husband Gareth jumps in as their general contractor.

How does the saying go? The family that flips together, skips to the bank together?

At home or on the job site, Heather is a classic big sister. She’s the organized taskmaster on the team, ensuring the project is on time, and on budget.

She spent years as a chef, but traded in flipping pancakes for flipping houses, and she’s never looked back!

Nathan Porteous may be Heather’s baby brother, but he’s not about to get bossed around on the job. Nathan’s filled with opinions, and he’s not afraid to share them.

Before flipping homes, Nathan was an auto body painter. Now, he’s the go-to techie, ensuring the homes he and Heather flips are filled with state-of-the-art tech for gadget-savvy buyers.

This team is built on brotherly love! Mactar is the brains of the operation, but after 20 successful flips together, he knows he’d be lost without his brothers. And when a project is too great for the three of them to handle, they have seven more siblings to call on for help!

Before becoming a real estate investor, Mactar was a DJ in Montreal. Since trading in his headphones for a hard hat, Mactar and his brothers have flipped over 20 homes for a hefty profit.

Mactar is social media savvy, and is all about showcasing his incredible transformations on Instagram.

Issa Mbaye is a full-time financial advisor, but he always finds time to lend a hand, or crunch a few numbers, for his brother Mactar.

Khadim Mbaye may be a retired professional linebacker, but he’s always got his brother’s back on the job site!

Mactar always has grand plans for the designs of his flips, and he knows his brother Khadim will go above and beyond to turn his design visions into real estate realities!

Kiki and Ryan are university sweethearts who are living their dream, spending 24/7 together flipping houses! They’ve renovated and sold more than 60 lucrative flips.

When it’s quitting time, the couple heads home to their dog Penny and cat Elroy, and listen to music while browsing listings for their next project. (They are the epitome of the expression: “When you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life!”)

Kiki describes herself as an “old soul” because she’s always drawn to classic, timeless design. (Even at home, she prefers to listen to music on records!)

While her husband handles the finances and logistics of their projects, Kiki is the visionary and drives the design.

While his wife Kiki works in the pursuit of pretty, Ryan is all about profit. His job is keeping their projects on track, and under budget.

Ryan and Kiki are a match made in heaven, and their flips are just the proof in the pudding!
