Canadian music artist and OVO founder, Drake has listed his 19-acre Beverly Hills home for a whopping $88 million. Located in the exclusive Beverly Crest neighbourhood in Los Angeles, the “Rich Flex” rapper purchased the 25,000-square-foot property from English singer Robbie Williams in 2022. Drake purchased it for $75 million – arguably one of the most expensive celebrity real estate transactions last year.

The estate is a Tuscan-inspired dream that was first completed in 2001 by fashion brand Guess co-founder, Armand Marciano. The house has incredibly high ceilings and tons of space for grand-scale entertaining throughout the property.

Details of Drake’s Home

The picturesque Beverly Hills home includes ten bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and three ensuite bedrooms dedicated to staff. And just like his album Views, one of the best parts of this home is the stunning backdrop canyon, city and ocean views from the main rooms.

The primary suite includes huge walk-in closets, a magnificent ensuite with a grey and white marble tub, oversized windows with cityscape views, and a large stand-in shower with gold fixtures.

The gourmet kitchen has the sought-after European touches with two marble islands, top-of-the-line appliances, a brick wall and beautiful wooden beams on the ceilings. In addition to the classic Tuscan finishes, the space has many Drizzy-approved additions and upgrades, such as an 11-car garage, wine cellar, elevator, screening room, gym and game room.

Outside, the resort-style villa backyard has lush gardens, vast hillside trees for added privacy and a blue mosaic-tiled pool. The outdoor oasis is one of the best features of this estate. It’s complete with a pergola-shaded outdoor kitchen, a poolhouse, an orchard and a full-size tennis court hidden off the side of the house.
