Barbara Walters’ $19.75M Central Park New York City Apartment Hits the Market

Barbara Walters’ $19.75M Central Park New York City Apartment Hits the Market

The late Barbara Walters’ longtime New York City apartment just hit the market. The longtime broadcast journalist’s five-bedroom, 5.5-bath apartment, is listed for a whopping $19.75 million. Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighbourhood on Fifth Avenue, adjacent to Central Park, this apartment is an Italian-renaissance dream.

The 14-story limestone-clad building is one of the city’s premier residential buildings and was designed in 1925 by architect Nathan Korn. The apartment has a lot of character — just like Walters. The Central Park apartment is decorated in an Italian-renaissance style that was mostly left untouched since her passing in 2022.
