AI Jumps Into the Mainstream
2024 saw AI or artificial intelligence solidify itself into the mainstream, thanks to programs like ChatGPT. AI also took over our feeds with AI-generated photos like old-school yearbook pics and new shiny headshots. Represent the takeover (well… we hope it’s not a takeover) of AI with this super cute Santa robot.
Retro Santa Claus Robot, Amazon, $23.
Harry Styles Gets a Mullet
Last year, pop star Harry Styles wrapped his Love on Tour tour and stopped by the Grammy’s to pick up some awards. This year, he stepped out in public with a mullet and still made headlines. Hang this Harry-themed ornament on your Christmas tree in honour of the Harry Styles’ fan in your life.

Kansas City Chiefs Win the Super Bowl, Again
It was a repeat win for the Kansas City Chiefs when they took home the Super Bowl, again, in February. Usher stole the show with his captivating half-time moves, quarterback Patrick Mahomes was crowned MVP and in the end, Travis and Taylor were as strong as ever. Show off that you’re a member of Chiefs kingdom with this Kansas City ornament.
Kansas City Chiefs Ornament, Amazon, $18.
We SURvived Vanderpump
It’s not about the pasta as Vanderpump Rules’ star James Kennedy would say. But after Scandoval, it was about a group of friends being ruined forever. If you missed it, the original Vanderpump Rules’ cast retired from the series in 2024, opening the door for a new crew of SURvers next year. Before then, relive some of the better moments, like this iconic Season 6 quote, on your 2024 Christmas tree.
It’s Not About The Pasta Ornament, Bravo Shop, $19.
King Charles Rules
After Queen Elizabeth II passed away in September 2022, her son Charles III took the crown. In May of last year, he was celebrated as the new King in an extravagant coronation celebration full of royals, politicians and celebrities alike. This year wasn’t as celebratory, when we learned he was undergoing treatment for cancer. Heading into the holidays, the royal is better, and that’s worth celebrating with a special ornament on your Christmas tree.
King Charles Christmas Ornament, Amazon, $51.
Beyonce Still Slays
It’s no doubt that Beyonce is a queen when it comes to music, videos and performances… she is called Queen Bey for a reason! But in 2024, she reminded us of this sentiment with the release of Cowboy Carter, which put her own stamp on country music.
Beyonce Renaissance frame Christmas ornament, Etsy, $57.
Taylor Wraps the Eras Tour
When it comes to different eras of music, Taylor Swift is a mastermind (pun intended). Between 2019 and 2022, Taylor released four new albums (not including the four re-recorded versions of some of her old albums) but was unable to tour for them due to the pandemic. So when it came time to put together a tour for 2023, Taylor thought why not perform all her albums? And the Eras Tour was born! The show became the highest-grossing tour of all time and tickets were next to impossible to snag.
Taylor Swift Eras Tour Ornament, Amazon, $8.
Karma Is a Guy on the Chiefs
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship continued dominating the news in 2024, causing much speculation about a potential engagement. One thing is for sure — we love this couple and want them commemorated on our 2024 Christmas trees (and in future years).
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Christmas Ornament, Etsy, $39.
