The King of Pop-Rock and music icon Sir Elton John has listed his longtime Atlanta, Georgia high-rise condo for a whopping $4.9 million. The British musician fell in love with the unit and used it as his US base for more than 30 years. He initiated this purchase with a 2,500-square-foot duplex in the early 1990s followed by five more units which he then transformed into a sprawling 13,500-square-foot, four-bedroom, seven-bath mega unit, fit for a megastar. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Buckhead (dubbed the “Beverly Hills of the South), the home is in a part of Atlanta that’s known for its fine dining, high-end shops and art galleries.
